Why did you choose GCSE Media Studies?

I have chosen GCSE Media Studies because my friends recommended it to me, as well as I wanted to challenge myself with new stuff. Also it sounded interesting. 

Which part of the course are you looking forward to most?

The part that I’m really looking forward to is making the music video because it sounds really fun. Also because I will be able to learn new stuff while having fun.

What knowledge and skills do you hope to learn in Media?

I hope to learn how to use Photoshop as well as how to make music videos.

What grade are you realistically hoping to achieve in Media

?I am hoping to achieve at least an A in my course work but I will be pushing myself to achieve an A*.Overall I am hoping to achieve an A.

What was the last TV programme or film you watched?

The last film that I have watched was ‘The fault in our stars’

Why do you think that TV programme or film appealed to an audience?

I think that it appealed to the audience because it is a really interesting film and because it have so much emotion in it the film.

What technology have you used to access the media in the last 24 hours? (Radio, TV, phone etc.)

In the last 24 hours I have used my phone, my tablet and my laptop.

What device do you use most to access the media?

The device that I use the most to access media is my phone or my laptop.

What is the main news story on the BBC News website currently? Why do you think it is the main story?

A senior judge criticizes David Cameroon because he commented on the phone hacking trail. I believe that this is on the news because it is interesting and involves David Cameroon.

What is the main news story on the Guardian website (guardian.co.uk) currently? Why do you think it is the main story?

The main story on Guardian is 'Cameron rebuked by judge over Coulson comments'I think that this is on all the news because it a new topic and also involves the prime minister.
